Gare du Île-de-France

This new railway station is a merger of Gare de l'Est and Gare du Nord.

The expansion of Gare de l'Est will feature a new roof over the tracks.
Gare du Nord will be refurbished but remain as it is.
Demolition of a few blocks wil be necessary to pave way for the expansion.
The innovative aspect of this expansion is that a larger  station can handle more trains at the same time allowing better conections.

If possible, the tracks will be put under ground.
The classic facades will be the main entrances, but there will be plenty of them anyway.

neoResort PhaseDuo

PhaseDuo is is the continuation of PhaseOne.
PhaseDuo consists of two new skyscrapers and the last high rise buildings that will be built.

The tallest building will have a knitted exterior of wood fiber.
Both skyscrapers will harvest energy from the lake.
This lower skyscraper uses a intelligent material that lets light and heat flow the most efficient way.
The wood will shade the building, but will not interfere with the view.
Water is the most importent element at neoResort and will be the theme for PhaseTwo
With this latest expansion, PhaseOne is finished.

Paris-Charles de Gaulle Terminal 3

The expansion will make the terminal able to handle 56 Airbus A380s or 112 Airbus A320s at the same time.
The current terminal 3 will be expanded, but still handle regional jets.
The airlines could have their own private area for their passengers, but still corporate closely with the other airlines using the airport.
The four cargo halls will make this terminal unlike any other terminals in the world, because passenger and cargo aircraft can stand side by side allowing world class service and efficiency.

All cargo will flow under ground level to the cargo terminals behind the aircraft stands.

A Simple Megahub

This megahub will become the largest aviation and marine hub in the world when completed
The magahub will be constructed on the water to save the land for cities, nature and argiculture.
The efficient shape allow free flow of cargo and passengers.
The structure will also become an artificial reef.
From the almost 200 meter high control tower you will be able to see avery movement of ships or airplanes.
10 terminals will make the base for all passenger traffic.
20 runways at 3 000 m and 50 000 meter with wharf will make this magehub ready for future demand.
The star structure could be build anywhere at sea, here in South America.
The terminals can be designed to accommodate 420 Airbus A380 aircraft's at the same time, the world's largest passenger aircraft. If this is done, all the world's airlines will never exceed the capacity with the current orderbook for the aircraft type.
In the center of the magehub highspeed train will carry passenger and cargo to the mainland via an tunnel under water.
All the runways can not be used at the same time, but you could have 20 takeoffs/minute with future traffic systems, the largest planned airport will only have 8 takeoffs/minute.
