Paris-Charles de Gaulle Terminal 2 Expansion

Paris-Charles de Gaulle is a major air cargo hub in Europe. This terminal expansion of terminal 2 will further strengthen this position. The new terminal will be build on the same concept as Terminal 3.

Paris-Charles de Gaulle Terminal 3

The expansion will make the terminal able to handle 56 Airbus A380s or 112 Airbus A320s at the same time.
The current terminal 3 will be expanded, but still handle regional jets.
The airlines could have their own private area for their passengers, but still corporate closely with the other airlines using the airport.
The four cargo halls will make this terminal unlike any other terminals in the world, because passenger and cargo aircraft can stand side by side allowing world class service and efficiency.

All cargo will flow under ground level to the cargo terminals behind the aircraft stands.

A Simple Megahub

This megahub will become the largest aviation and marine hub in the world when completed
The magahub will be constructed on the water to save the land for cities, nature and argiculture.
The efficient shape allow free flow of cargo and passengers.
The structure will also become an artificial reef.
From the almost 200 meter high control tower you will be able to see avery movement of ships or airplanes.
10 terminals will make the base for all passenger traffic.
20 runways at 3 000 m and 50 000 meter with wharf will make this magehub ready for future demand.
The star structure could be build anywhere at sea, here in South America.
The terminals can be designed to accommodate 420 Airbus A380 aircraft's at the same time, the world's largest passenger aircraft. If this is done, all the world's airlines will never exceed the capacity with the current orderbook for the aircraft type.
In the center of the magehub highspeed train will carry passenger and cargo to the mainland via an tunnel under water.
All the runways can not be used at the same time, but you could have 20 takeoffs/minute with future traffic systems, the largest planned airport will only have 8 takeoffs/minute.

Ceramic Terminal

The airport terminals will be covered entirely by ceramic sections, light will flow in between.

Clay can be found almost everywhere. All around the world people build their houses with clay. If you burn clay, you will have ceramics. Brick houses are made from clay. Imagine an entire airport terminal of ceramic.

There will be many regional terminals, but they will be smaller than the international ones.
My idea is to make large reinforced ceramics sections, and then put them together to form walls and roofs. The sections will be supported by a large steel and concrete structure. All the floors will be made of laminated frosted glass, making the light flow free inside the building.

Ceramic can handle extreme heath, making the terminals perfect for a location in an desert.

The airport will consist of twelve small to large buildings. There will four very large international terminals, one air traffic control tower, one hotel and six smaller regional terminals. The two terminal areas will be constructed with five runways each, separated by a cargo and maintenance area.

neoResort PhaseOne

neoResort will be the new Disneyland. neoResort, located in the Swiss alps has the intention to become the number one sustainable and ecological resort in the world. This phase, PhaseOne consists of four skyscrapers. These skyscrapers will make up the core of the strategy.
Here seen from the air
neoResort want to help families and children learn about how the future city should be organized to minimize the CO2 footprint.
Located in the in the Swiss alps, noeResort will pave way for future development.

With the following phases will incorporate more solutions for the future society.

The architecture will resemble the nature sorrounding neoResort
neoResort should also be a science project for possible future solutions. neoResort should not be afraid trying new appropriation for these solutions. neoResort can in this way make up a fundament for architects, scientist and politicians.
Located at the shore of a bautiful lake, and hydroelectric power station
This 4 400 meter long bridge will be the main access to the resort. The bridge will become the longest suspension bridge in the world, longer than the planned Messina Bridge.
The world's longest suspention birdge.
Located nearby eachother.

neoUrbanism

The perfect world is a sustainable society, a society where everyone has the same opportunities, a society where your color, gender and orientation doesnt mean anything. This world is full of joy, and a place where we always look forward to a new day.
This world is also a place where the resources are shared between the people. No one would need to suffer by starvation, deceases or sanitation. The population will be adapted the sustainability of the world.
A world without a military is also a world without wars. Instead of wasting money on weapons, we could use this money on aid. Nuclear weapons would just be a memory of a world we had chosen to leave.
This world would also be a better place to live. We could use our time on civil science and reducing the impacts by the climatic changes. With modern science we would not need to drive polluting cars, but cars on clean and sustainable energy.
The transportation will also be greener and more efficient. We will travel between the cities in high-speed trains and crossing the continents in green jumbo jets. We may also cross the Atlantic in a train tunnel, with a traveling time from London  New York on only one hour.
A perfect world would also be a world without religions. The human race would rather be united in the belief of science. It would put an end to religion wars and religious fundamentalism.
The cities will also be our state of the art masterpiece, pleasant to live in, energy natural and homes for millions of peoples. They would not be surrounded by fabrics and polluting energy sources, but by beautiful fields with windmills and small farms delivering organic food to the people living in the cities.
This world is may just a dream, but it could also be a possibility if we decided to do really change the world. Changes like this would be the biggest project in the entire history. But if we had the will, mabye we could do it!
